local-first · read-only · human-gated

Your product lives in twelve repos. See it as one.

Peacon is a desktop command center for small teams and solo builders. It maps how your repos connect, shows who, human or agent, is building what, and its AI brain surfaces the few things worth your attention.

Runs on your machine, reasons with your own claude or codex CLI. Your code never leaves.

Reasoning over 6 new reports…

One place

Everything scattered across your repos, made legible.

Point Peacon at your git URLs. It builds the map, watches the commits, and keeps the picture current, so the connections between repos stop living in your head.

See every connection

A live map of your services: which repo talks to which, over what protocol, and what's still a mock. Gaps show up red.

Know who's building what

Humans and agents on the same roster, pinned to the repos they own. When an agent is driving a repo, you can see it.

Fix It Friday, built in

One click triages the week's reports into a board of concrete fixes, each checked against the actual code. Accept, change, or reject.

How it works

Three steps, then it works for you.

01

Point it at your repos

Paste git URLs or seed straight from the map. Peacon clones read-only and keeps freshness in view: anything behind remote gets a one-tap pull.

02

Plug in your AI

It reasons with the agent CLI already on your machine, claude or codex. No new account, no tokens shipped to us.

03

Accept or reject

It watches Slack mentions and commits, drafts insights and fixes, and syncs decisions back to Jira. Every action is yours to gate.

Local-first, your code stays on your machine Read-only, it surfaces, it never ships Human-gated, nothing happens without you

The brain

An AI that reads everything, so you read almost nothing.

  • Insights, capped. Hundreds of messages and commits collapse into a short, prioritized list: high means money or users, low means docs.
  • Fixes checked against code. Before proposing a fix it opens the repo, and shows you its assumptions: confirm or refute them.
  • Ask it anything. ⌘K opens a chat over your whole product: repos, people, decisions. @notes captures a thought for the next pass.

Refunds double-fire under retry
The gateway retry lands before Stripe's webhook, so billing books the same refund twice.
